Shipping Policy

At Power, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and scheduled fulfilment centre closures.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All delivery dates provided are estimates from the shipping carrier.

Please Note:

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.

Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.

Weekend delivery is not available.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75.

Expedited shipping options, including 1-day shipping, are available on weekdays for an additional cost.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping at an international priority rate.

Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Delivery times vary based on the destination country:

New Zealand: 5-10 business days

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

EU Countries: 10-20 business days

United States: 7-15 business days

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

All shipping fees and duty taxes are calculated at checkout, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
